Who do you work with?
Builders, makers, service businesses and established teams ready for a serious digital upgrade. If new leads come in and fast follow-up wins you work, we're a good fit.
Who will I actually work with?
Nate, our founder and solutions architect, leads every project from the first call through launch. Larger builds bring in trusted specialists, and you'll know who's involved before work begins.
Do you only work with Portland businesses?
No. We work with clients across the US over video and shared docs, and meet in person around Portland.
What does the first call cost?
Nothing. It's 30 minutes. We'll look at your site and how leads are handled today, tell you what we'd fix first, and tell you if we're not the right fit.
How much does a project cost?
It depends on the pages, systems and integrations you need, so we quote after the first call. You get the scope and the price in writing before any work starts.
Do you use templates?
No. Every site is designed from scratch around your work, your customers and how they choose who to hire. That's what keeps it from looking like everyone else in your market.
What kind of animation do you build?
Motion that guides attention: section reveals, responsive hover states and custom animated illustrations built with Lottie when a moment calls for it. It stays fast, and it calms down for visitors who turn motion off.
Will my site work well on phones?
Yes. Every page is designed for phones, tablets and desktops, and we test each size before launch. Most first visits happen on a phone, so that's where we start.
Can you redesign our existing site?
Yes. We keep what's working, like your content and the pages that already rank, and rebuild the rest. Old addresses are redirected to their new pages so you don't lose search traffic at launch.
Do you help with SEO?
Every site launches with the foundations search engines look for: fast pages, clean structure, titles and descriptions for every page, and a layout that works on phones. Ongoing SEO work is scoped separately if you want it.
Can we edit the site ourselves?
Yes. Your site is built in WordPress, so your team can update text, photos and pages without waiting on us. We'll show you how at handover.
What does the CRM actually do?
It puts every lead and customer in one place: calls, texts, emails, form fills and booked appointments, with a pipeline that shows where each deal stands. Your team works from one inbox instead of five.
What can be automated?
The follow-up that slips when you're busy: a text back when you miss a call, instant replies to new inquiries, appointment reminders, review requests after a job, and check-ins with leads that went quiet.
We already have a CRM. Can you work with it?
Yes. We can audit what you have and fix it, whatever platform it's on, GoHighLevel included. Or we can move your contacts and history into a system we set up and run for you.
Will automated messages sound robotic?
They shouldn't. We write every message in your voice, time it the way a person would, and hand the conversation to your team the moment a customer replies. When an AI assistant is part of the conversation, it says so.
Do my website and CRM connect?
Yes, and that's the point of building them together. Every form, call and chat from your site lands in the CRM with its source attached, so nothing gets lost between the two.
What reporting will I see?
A dashboard showing where leads come from, how quickly each one hears back, and which sources turn into revenue. You'll know what's working without digging through spreadsheets.
How does a project run?
Four steps: a free 30-minute call, a written plan with a fixed scope, the build, then launch with training. You'll click through a working preview before anything goes live.
How fast can you launch?
The core build takes about a week once your project starts. Start dates depend on our current availability, and we'll confirm yours on the first call.
What do you need from us?
Access to your domain and any accounts we're moving, your logo and brand files, and the services you want to lead with. If photos or copy aren't ready yet, we'll plan around it.
Can we review everything before launch?
Yes. You get a working preview of the site and your automations to test and mark up, and nothing goes live until you've signed off.
What happens on launch day?
We connect your domain, test every form and automation from start to finish, and watch the first leads come through with you.
Who owns the website and our data?
You do. Your domain, content and customer data stay in your name, whether or not we keep working together.
Will you train our team?
Yes. Launch includes a walkthrough of the site and the CRM for everyone who'll use them, so your team is confident from the first day.
What happens after launch?
We stay on to keep it running: updates, fixes, new automations as your business changes, and a regular look at what the reporting shows. Ongoing support is available as a monthly plan.
What if we decide to leave?
You keep everything: the site, the domain, your contacts and their history. We'll help you move it wherever you want to go.
