Who we are
Innate Solutions LLC ("Innate Solutions", "we" or "us") is a website and systems studio based in Portland, Oregon. This policy covers this website, our forms and booking tools, and the emails and text messages we send.

What we collect
Details you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number and anything you write in a form, booking or message.
Booking details: the time you choose and any notes you add.
Conversations: the texts, emails and call records created when you contact us or we reply.
Usage information: basic details your browser sends, such as device type, pages viewed and how you found us, collected with cookies and similar tools.
Payment details: if you pay us online, your payment is handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To reply to your inquiry and book calls.
To deliver and support work you have agreed to, including updates on projects in progress.
To send invoices, receipts and account notices.
To send the emails and text messages you have agreed to receive.
To understand what is working on our website and improve it.
To keep our website and systems secure and to meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you check a box to receive texts from us, we use your phone number to send the messages you agreed to. There are two kinds, and you choose each one separately:
Project and account texts: replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates on work in progress.
Marketing texts: occasional tips, new guides, offers and service updates. We only send these if you have checked the marketing box.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. All of the sharing described in this policy excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent, which are never shared with third parties, except the text messaging providers that deliver our messages for us.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can provide their service to us:
Website hosting and maintenance.
Our customer relationship management (CRM) and messaging platform, which stores contact records and sends our emails and texts.
Scheduling, email and document tools.
Payment processing.
Website analytics.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
All of the above excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent, which we never share for marketing purposes.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar tools to keep the website working and to understand how visitors use it, for example with an analytics service such as Google Analytics. Embedded tools on our pages, such as our booking calendar and forms, may set their own cookies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, like booking a call, may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Client records are kept for the length of our working relationship and for as long as tax and accounting rules require, then deleted or anonymized. If you opt out of messages, we keep a record of that so we can respect your choice.
How we protect it
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, and we limit access to the people and providers who need it. No method of storing or sending information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@solutionsinnate.com.
Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
Stop marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in any email.
Depending on where you live, including Oregon and California, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We respond to requests within the time the law requires, and we will never treat you differently for making one.
Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will make it clear on this page.
