Agreeing to these terms
By using this website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Projects we take on are covered by a separate written agreement. For that work, the written agreement takes priority over these terms.
Using the site
Use the site for lawful purposes only. Please do not try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, copy it in bulk with automated tools, or send spam or false information through our forms.
Our content
The design, text, graphics, guides, templates and downloads on this site belong to Innate Solutions LLC or the people who licensed them to us.
You are welcome to use our free guides and templates in your own business. You may not resell them, republish them or present them as your own work.
Client work shown on this site appears with permission. Client names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners.
Resources are general information
Our guides, checklists and articles share general information and our own point of view. They are not legal, financial or tax advice, and results vary from business to business. Talk to a qualified professional about your specific situation.
Text messaging terms
Innate Solutions sends two kinds of text messages, and each needs its own opt-in:
Project and account texts: replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates on work in progress.
Marketing texts, only if you opt in: occasional tips, new guides, offers and service updates.
You opt in by checking the matching box on one of our forms. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming, and then no more texts from that program.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be at least 18 and the account holder for the phone number, or have the account holder's permission.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your phone number and messaging data. We never share text messaging opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing.
Other websites and tools
Our site links to other websites and includes tools run by other companies, such as our booking calendar and forms. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
No warranties
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, including that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Innate Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, and our total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to $100. This section does not apply to work under a written agreement, which sets its own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts in Multnomah County, Oregon.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
